Class Options
Preschool - Recreational - Competitive
Athletes will work on gymnastics skills and progressions provided by Solar Athletics skill charts and USA Gymnastics recommendations & requirements for women's artistic gymnastics events - vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise! Same equipment as you see on TV but skills are started at a beginner stage and progressed into the larger and more impressive skills throughout their athletic journey! 6-11 months 30 minutes*
Enjoy the socializing and little things that gymnastics can offer for all ages including tummy time, sensory, gross and fine motor development activities.
Little ones will work on crawling and rolling over along with beginning stages of walking.
One adult is required to attend with the athlete.

1-2 years 30 minutes*
One adult is required to attend with the athlete.
Athletes must be walking for this class.
Athletes will work on motor development skills using preschool techniques on all equipment.
Athletes will start with 30 minutes and progress to the 45 minute class when ready!

1-2 years 45 minutes*
One adult is required to attend with the athlete.
Athletes must be walking for this class.
Athletes will work on motor development skills using preschool techniques on all equipment.
Once athletes are able to attend class with minimal to no assistance from the parent/guardian, they can move to the Hypernova Gymnastics class.

3-6 years 45 minutes*
Athletes will work on motor development skills using preschool techniques on gymnastics equipment (vault, bars, beam, & floor)
As athletes progress with skill & age they will then move to the level 1 class.

7-12 years 1 hour*
Athletes in this class will work solely on the gymnastics skills & progression for traditional gymnastics (vault, bars, beam, & floor).
Once athletes progress through skill charts and have coach approval, they will move to the level 2 class.

Athletes in this class will work solely on the gymnastics skills & progression for traditional gymnastics (vault, bars, beam, & floor).
The skill chart does not end in this level. Athletes that are more advanced than level 3 will continue with this class to keep progressing through the skill charts for each consecutive level.

Xcel Levels: Bronze @ Silver
Competitions are within 4-8 hours of Topeka with most in Kansas City, MO area. All competitions are optional.

This competitive team is great for those who have completed Hypernova, level 1, level 2, & level 3 gymnastics!

Xcel Levels: Gold & Platinum
This team has 1 hour of weight training per week.
Competitions are within 4-8 hours of Topeka with most in Kansas City, MO area. All competitions are optional.
