Class Options
Preschool - Recreational
Athletes will work on all ninja and tumbling skills and progressions provided by Solar Athletics skill charts with obstacles similar to American Ninja Warrior mixed with tumbling and vaulting skills you'd see in all other programs we offer! Development skills like grip strength, hand eye coordination, balance, flexibility, overall strength and more make this program even more valuable for our multisport athletes!
3-6 years 45 minutes
Perfect class for beginners with no experience to minimal experience.
Once athletes progress through skill charts or age out of the class they will move to the level 1 or level 2 class depending on skill level approved by the coach!

7-12 years 1 hour

Athletes will work on all things stunting - from flying, to basing, to back spotting, and front spotting. This class is also great for the cheerleader who wants to improve their flexibility!
This class is 1 hour in length - only 30 minutes structured class time with additional 30 minutes of homework outside of class time throughout the week.

All classes are required to be on automatic payment with a card/checking account on file. Tuition is due the 25th of the month prior! Cancellation is due by the 15th of the month prior.
