Nightmare Before Halloween Haunted House

You may bring any personal belongings, however, we are not responsible for any lost items, we will not go looking for said lost items, if we do find lost items we will contact you. All items must be near your body and/or in your pockets. No cell phones are allowed!

If you'd like to get kicked out  - then by all means have at it! No really, we do not allow videos or photos of any kind during the haunted house. This is for the safety of our actors but also to keep the thrill and joy for others! If you're caught with your cell phone out, you will be asked to leave and escorted out with no refund.

No, we do not offer refunds of any kind regardless of the reason.

This is for insurance purposes as we are not responsible for accidents. There are many twists, turns, crawling, climbing, etc. While we would love to say it's super safe, because it is, there is still room for accidents. Please be careful when doing all the things and make sure you are physically and mentally able to handle this type of activity prior to purchasing your ticket. If you need assistance  please ask someone to help you! I assure you they may be scary but they are still human with a kind heart. Well some of them... ;-) 

Yes, anyone going through the haunted house must have a ticket and individual waiver completed online. This is not negotiable, even if they don't understand or if they won't make it. There is a kid friendly version that we highly recommend for them! If you want to do the adult one as well, then we recommend using the non kid friendly version Friday and then the Tiny Terror Tour on Saturday for the child. 

We offer child sitting services - for free. So they can have fun during the time you're having fun! It's a win win! Plus our staff has green light background checks as well as CPR and First Aid certifications. Plus working with small humans is really what we actually do! We teach them cool tricks and how to be really cool and respectful people. Super fun!

You cannot bring outside food or drinks in but we do have a small concessions stand available for while you wait in line or complete your journey...if you're lucky enough to make it there! 

No they will not touch you intentionally. While we cannot promise it from time to time as space is very limited in some areas! We assure you it's never on purpose. In the event they do accidentally touch you, please do not yell, hit, or harass them in any way! You will be escorted out with no warning or refund. 

It's not your "backyard"  haunted house. It's real people of all ages dressed to impress and ready to make you tinkle your pants. It's fully decorated with lots of phobias present, but also some really cool decorations that were made and hand painted by our amazing staff, athletes, and their families. 10,000 square feet of pure torture and thrill! We also will not be offering flashlights this year. It's either scary or it's scary. No in between. Have a first timer attending and unsure if they will like it? Attend the Tiny Terror Tour on Saturday first!

We would love to see everyone in their costumes, but there's lots of crawling and walking and tight areas so it's not allowed. The ideal attire for this is comfy clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty - we tried to clean but it's still a warehouse. You'll also want tennis shoes! If it's rainy, possibly a light jacket but it's up to you. 

Once you complete the waivers and purchase your tickets, you will then put in our reservation system. Our dead hostess will announce your party once it's your turn!

We will only allow groups of up to 3 to enter at a time. More than that takes away from the experience for everyone. We recommend planning accordingly. Solo parent with more than 2 kids? No problem! Let us know when you check in! We will chat about some options! During the Tiny Terror Tour you can go through with unlimited amount of people in your party.

There are lots of flashy lights, loud noises, banging, screaming, crying, all of the above. If you have any health conditions that can be triggered by any of this, we strongly suggest you proceed with caution or seek medical advice. 

We would suggest trying the Tiny Terror Tour as we don't have any other options available like we have in the past. Unfortunately, we need to protect our actors due to inappropriate behaviors by guests in years past. 

We will give you the supplies to clean up your mess. To avoid this at all costs, we suggest using the restroom  prior to entering. The restrooms are by the entrance of the haunted house - they are marked but if you need assistance ask someone at the front desk prior to entering the haunted house.

Yes, we have a chicken exit. However, there's not an easy way to get out if you're literally scared to death. We'll try to go fast and we'll make sure the actors know we're coming and we'll let you know where the animatronics are until we are out of the area to a way to get back to your belongings. If you do not make it through or you take this route, there is no refund...sorry!

If you have an emergency - like real emergency. You know the one where we have to make that call to the people with the flashy lights and loud sirens? Let the closest actor know and we'll get someone to you right away and our emergency plan of action will be implemented. 

Rain or shine we're doing this dang thing! Without giving you too much information, the entire haunted house is indoor minus one little area where you have to walk to get to the other building. 

Yes, every haunted house has a long line. We understand with children this can pose as a very huge problem or concern. We suggest bringing devices, activities for them to use while they wait. You can skip the line if you do the following things:

Once you arrive, go to the line that says "VIP Guest". You'll be helped before everyone else and your "reservation" will go to the front of the line! 

Yes, yes, 1000 times YES! After your journey, head to the concessions stand and put the tip in the tip jar! All tips will be split among the adult actors. You may tip someone directly just let our hosts know who you are tipping! If you are doing any other form of payment other than cash, let us know and we'll be able to take card payment and the money will go into the tip jar electronically! Please make sure you mention it's for the tip! It's appreciated as they work so hard donating & volunteering their time to assure this event doesn't turn into one of those 6-7 things.

Every adult actor has an active and greenlight background check. They are also interviewed and interrogated like the FBI was after a serial killer that was going after Samuel Little as the victim in the town from Barbarian. Legit our owner trusts nobody - she's crazy like that and truly doesn't look good in jumpsuit orange.
